Below are the terms and conditions of Comfort Sari-Sari Store Limited, trading as Spoon and Rice Sari-Sari Store with company number 14384453.

  • We aim to dispatch parcels only from Monday-Thursday. However on some occasions, we may dispatch with only dry goods on Friday.
  • Orders placed and paid on Thursday, Friday and Saturday will be dispatched on Monday.*
  • Orders placed and paid on Sunday and Monday will be dispatched on Tuesday.
  • You have the options for standard delivery which is usually 2-4 working days and the "Next day delivery".
  • All deliveries are usually done on weekdays but on some occasions, they may deliver during busy periods.
  • All frozen, bread, glass and perishable goods (fresh fruits and vegetables) orders are at BUY ON YOUR OWN RISK - No return, No exchange and No refund in any case of damage, leakage or expiration in case of delay in transit.
  • All orders via courier are uninsured. If you would like to insure, please let us know in the "notes" and we will confirm to you before dispatching your order.
  • After ordering, a confirmation email will be sent out to your email address. This will include the order number and list of items.
  • If you have missed your delivery and the parcel has been returned to us, you will be responsible for the new postage. Order cancellation due to this will incur £5 charge on top of the total cost of any perishable goods.
  • All orders received are final and cancellation fee will be charged. Please see the cancellation policy.
  • Postage is Non-Refundable.

  • Order cut-off for in-house delivery will be 5 pm every Friday.
  • Free delivery with £40 minimum orders to all locations within the 2 mile radius of the Sari-Sari Store. Beyond that, charges may apply.
  • Dispatch schedule will vary from 10am-6pm only.
  • A copy of your order form with the order number and name should be presented for verification.
  • We will require your signature upon order collection for our documentation.

  • Dispatch schedule will be done thrice a week, but specific dates will vary weekly on the specified pick up points.

  • All orders should be made by Monday of each week to ensure it will be included on the dispatch schedule.
  • You can collect your orders at the designated location anytime from 12pm-6pm.
  • We will require your signature upon order collection for our documentation.
  • Failure to collect on the schedule may entail a charge of £5 if the order includes perishable goods. We can hold the orders until the next day only. Please be aware that the holding fee will be collected upon order pick-up.

  • All orders made until 5pm only can be collected the next day.
  • You must show your order form with the order number and your name as proof of purchase.
  • We can issue you a receipt upon request.

  • All orders received are considered as final. To cancel your order, please call us at +44 7399 853995 within 2 hours.
  • Cancellation fees will be applied. If you cancel within 24 hours of ordering, you will be charged £5. If canceled on the day of delivery, you will be charged £10 plus the cost of perishable goods if applicable.
